Housing Options 

Housing Options is the Council's housing advice service. Refugee Resettlement Caseworker – responsible for providing advice & assistance to refugees who are threatened with homelessness. This especially applies to refugees who have recently received their status and have to move out of NASS accommodation.

Opening hours

• Monday: 10.00am - 4.30pm (phones available 8.30am - 5.00pm)
• Tuesday: 10.00am - 4.30pm (phones available 8.30am - 5.00pm)
• Wednesday: 10.00am - 4.30pm (phones available 8.30am - 5.00pm)
• Thursday: 10.00am - 4.30pm (phones available 8.30am - 5.00pm)
• Friday: 10.00am - 4.00pm (phones available 8.30am - 4.30pm)
