British Red Cross

*Volunteer Opportunities

The British Red Cross helps vulnerable asylum seekers and refugees access essential services and adjust to life in a new country.

Family Tracking Service - We can help when families are separated by armed conflict, disaster or migration. When normal means of communication breakdown, we can still send Red Cross messages to relatives.

Family Reunion - The Red Cross plays a specific role in the reunion of families who have been separated around the world, and who have been allowed by the Home Office to join their families in the UK. In some cases, we can help pay travel costs for refugees whose families live overseas and have been granted a visa to come to the UK.
